April 16th ADTC Meeting at Amherst Police Station Public Meeting Room

Amherst Democratic Town Committee (ADTC) members and friends, the Amherst Democratic Town Committee continues to meet this spring on the third Thursdays of each month.  Our next meeting is on April 16 (Thursday), 7 p.m. and will be held in the public meeting room of the Amherst police station. March 31 Amherst Elections: Four Boards and Committees Have Contested Seats

 

Candidates line up for seats in Amherst Elections 

AMHERST - Four boards and committees, including the School Committee and library trustees, will have contested races at the March 31 town elections.

But unlike last year, when five residents competed for two slots on the Select Board, incumbent Aaron A. Hayden, of 1491 South East St., who won election to the post in November, is the only candidate seeking the full three-year term.
